This is not speech per say, (That's Latin, [someone], "per se" meaning "of itself".) but the symbolic extension of expression. Does anyone see where this extrapolation might lead to protecting other symbols of speech like pieing? Simply because this form of expression is unorthodox seems to be throwing many people off. And yet most are quite fond of arguing by analogy, how alarming.I agree with you, [someone]. I thought the prosecution of the pie throwers showed a very sad lack of humor, and disrespect for free speech. -Dan Dugan
